About Suzanne
Suzanne fell in love with yoga while in college when she was studying fashion in NYC, and has been sharing her passion as an instructor for over 5 years.
When taking a class with Suzanne, you can expect motivating instruction throughout a challenging and rejuvenating Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga or the class she developed called Yoga Sculpt. She encourages students to be positive, to leave their worries behind and to have fun reaching towards their personal best.
She is Yoga Alliance certified, and has over a thousand teaching hours. Suzanne has taken dozens of workshops and trainings all over the world. She believes that yoga is the ultimate work-out because it is also a ‘work-in,’ where the effort put forward on the mat not only transforms our bodies, but also teaches us to work through challenges calmly, and inspires us to be more grateful, mindful and present.
Suzanne is also a qualified Dietitian and loves to give out healthy eating tips.
Orla Fitzgerald ( Yoga Teacher & Acupuncturist)
Orla began practising yoga over 10 years ago and it quickly became an integral part of her life. With the help of a wonderful teacher, Marianne Jacuzzi, she developed a daily Ashtanga practice. It was through this practice that Orla experienced the truly transformative power of yoga.
Along with health and fitness benefits, yoga helped her to find balance and tranquility in her everyday life. As an acupuncturist and herbalist, Orla was aware of the body’s ability to heal itself. Yoga, however, helped her to deepen her understanding of the importance of balance in body and mind.
She is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher. Her classes are dynamic and flowing and, with a focus on breath and cultivating awareness, she hopes to share the truly wonderful and unique benefits that yoga can bring to anyone who wants to practice.
