30 yoga classes in 30 days! Empower yourself & and transform your body! Join our New 30 Day Challenge. Step up to the challenge of completing 30 classes in 30 days! This is for anyone looking to inspire their existing yoga practice or to create a powerful new one. Experience the amazing physical, mental and emotional benefits of practicing Hot Power Yoga, Hot Vinyasa Yoga & Hot Ashtanga yoga for 30 days.

How Much Do I have to pay to join the Challenge?

  • Special Offer: New to MYB €89 for the 30 day challenge (with this offer you have to do the challenge and not just a few classes. 
  • Already On a Member  No need to pay any extra. Just for this challenge Feb 4th you will have full access to all 30 classes in 30 days, but you need to signnup!

What if I go away for the weekend?

Bring your mat, roll it out we can give you sheets so you know what to do on your own.

30 Day Challenge Guidelines

The Challenge runs for 30 days consecutively. If you miss one day of practice in MYB studio, you are able to make it up, by doing a home practice for 60 minutes (The home practice can only be done once a week) all other classes must be done at MYB Studio Located in Dun Loaghaire.
