
Namaste… Welcome to ‘My Yoga Body’ hot yoga classes in Dublin. We have been called Dublin’s newest, hottest yoga studio! We offer more than just another “hot yoga” experience. We offer an encouraging atmosphere where students at all levels can learn the mental and physical benefits of holding and flowing poses. We recognize that each student who comes to us is in a different place.
Yoga…Put plainly, Yoga is a series of postures designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility but Yoga is so much more than a just a physical workout – that’s why it’s so addictive. Regular yoga practice has been shown to have a number of important health benefits including long-term weight management, greater strength, flexibility, improved body alignment and posture.
Hot Yoga…The practice of yoga in a heated environment has several important benefits. The warmth helps increase your flexibility. You also burn more calories and release toxins. Many students also report relief from back pain & arthritis.
How we are different…Many hot yoga studios offer Bikram Yoga, a practice that includes 26 specific postures in a room heated to 105º F (40 Celsius). We offer a wider- range of different yoga practices, at MYB studio all our classes are between 80-90º F (26-29 Celsius). The heat comes from our special hot yoga heaters & heat is also created by a breath technique (called Ujjayi breath).
